We want you to adore your purchase. However, if it doesn't meet your expectations, please return it for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your parcel (according to logistic information).
- Returns must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, including all accessories, instruction guides, and labels.
- Returned items sent back directly without contact us first will not be accepted.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Please note that we only refund shipping charges for incorrect or defective items. The refund amount is based on the item's last retail price.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, please follow the steps outlined in our Hassle-Free Return Policy. Indicate whether you prefer a refund or a replacement item.
- Refund Option: If you ask for a refund, we will reimburse the original shipping cost along with the item cost and applicable sales tax.
- Replacement Option: If you choose a replacement item, we will ship it to you without any additional charges.
Return Process
1. Start by emailing us at support@kalorme.com, and we'll respond promptly.
Include your name, order number, and reason for return in the email. Please don't return the parcel to the address on the package, as we can't accept returns there.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
Products can be returned if the packaging is intact and the product hasn't been opened, ensuring it's suitable for resale.
3. Drop off your package with your chosen carrier.
After returning the parcel, please provide the tracking number and website for tracking logistic information.
4. We receive your return package.
Once we receive the returned parcel, we'll inspect it and process the refund to your account based on the return conditions.
